  • Details of your requirement, such as the service you need, number of staff, location and timeline.
  • If you apply for a job through us: your CV, qualifications, work history, contact details, photograph, ID and address documents, and any other information you choose to share.
  • Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent and referring website.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

Under the SPDI Rules, sensitive personal data or information includes passwords, financial information (such as bank account, card or payment details), physical, physiological and mental health condition, sexual orientation, medical records and history, and biometric information. We do not collect these through this website. If such information is needed for a hiring or deployment process, we will collect it separately, only for a stated lawful purpose, and only after we receive your written consent, including consent given by email, form or other electronic means.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries, callback requests and quotations.
  • Provide, manage and improve our recruitment, training, facility management and parking services.
  • Match candidates with suitable job openings and share their profiles with prospective employers.
  • Verify identity, qualifications and background where required for placement or deployment.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, tax and contractual obligations.
  • Keep our website secure, analyse usage and improve its performance.
  • Send service updates or business communication related to your enquiry. We will send marketing messages only where you have agreed to receive them.

5. Consent and Lawful Use

We collect and use your personal information only for the purposes stated in this policy, and only what is necessary for those purposes. We process it based on your consent, which you give when you submit a form, upload a CV or contact us, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as complying with legal obligations.

You may choose not to provide information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at the contact details in Section 15. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may not be able to continue a service that depends on that information.

6. WhatsApp and Other Third-Party Services

Our website’s enquiry form and chat buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. When you send that message, WhatsApp (operated by Meta) processes it under its own terms and privacy policy, and we receive your name, number and message. We do not control how WhatsApp handles your data.

We may also use third-party tools such as website analytics, hosting, email and maps. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own policies. We select providers with reasonable care, but we are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We may use them to make the site work properly, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site (for example, through analytics). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not work as intended.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these cases:

  • Prospective employers and clients: With your consent, candidate details may be shared with employers or clients in India and in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries for the purpose of hiring.
  • Service providers: Hosting, communication, analytics and professional advisers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities: Where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government or railway authority, or to protect our rights, safety or property. As permitted by the SPDI Rules, we may also share information with government agencies mandated under law for identity verification, or for preventing, detecting or investigating offences, without your prior consent.
  • Business transfers: If we merge, restructure or transfer our business, your information may be transferred to the successor, who will be bound by this policy.

We transfer personal information outside India only with your consent, or where it is needed to perform a contract with you, such as placing you with an employer. That employer’s own privacy practices will also apply to the information it receives.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. As a general guide, enquiry details are kept for up to [24 months], and candidate profiles for up to [36 months] unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records we must keep for tax, contract or regulatory reasons are kept for the legally required period.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal data breach occurs, we will take steps to contain it and will notify affected persons and authorities as required by law.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete information we no longer need.
  • Withdraw your consent.
  • Address a grievance related to the handling of your data.

To exercise these rights, write to us using the details in Section 15. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Once the relevant provisions of the DPDP Act come into force (from 13 May 2027), you will also be able to nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so, and to complain to the Data Protection Board of India if our grievance process does not resolve your concern.

13. Links to Other Websites

Our website may link to other websites, such as social media pages or government portals. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing your information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
